Digital license and access scope
Each plan grants a limited digital license to the workspace for its stated store or entity limit. No ownership of source code is transferred.
One-time fee, no recurring charge
Plans are billed one time with no recurring software charge. Plan limits define the authorized scope.
Redistribution and resale
Redistribution, resale or sharing of access beyond authorized users is prohibited.
Updates, support and live integrations
Updates and support are provided at Waterpoint LLC’s discretion. The workspace runs in the browser; live integrations are not included and would require configuration.
Data responsibility and no advice
